"Super" DIY Father's Day Gift

Hey, guys! Here's a super easy, practical, cheap and punny gift that you can make, back from Father's Day. However, with a slight text modification, this gift for men could work for any occasion (birthday, Christmas, etcetera).

To make this, you will need:
-Super Glue ($1 at Dollar Tree)
-Trail  Mix ($1 per bag at Dollar Tree)
-Candy (optional) ($1 at Dollar Tree)
-A Mason Jar (I buy them in bulk at Walmart so they cost under $1)
-A gift basket (I got a pack of 3 for $1 at Dollar Tree)
-The free printables below

Step 1.
Print out the free printable card below. Fold it in half. Writing a personal message on the inside is recommended. Alternatively, you could create your own card.
Step 2.
Pour the trail mix(es) and candy into a bowl and mix, then pour the mix into a jar.
Step 3.
Place everything in a basket and arrange them to perfection. How easy was that?

There you have it, a funny, thoughtful yet quick gift for men, for under $5. Enjoy!

DIY Christmas Fun in a Box Kit

It's a little late for Christmas posts, but I'm trying to get caught up before New Years, so here is a super easy Christmas gift for kids. It's a great low-cost (besides shipping), portable gift that younger kids will have lots of fun with. I just put together lots of tasty or fun surprises and made up the puns on the printable below. You could even do your own birthday, Easter or other version of this kit.
To make it, you will need:
-Balloons
-Straws
-Candy Canes
-Hot Chocolate
-Markers
-Watercolors
-Glowsticks
-Crazy Eights Card Game
-Candy
-Toy Farm Animals
-Pretty ribbon/twine/yarn
-Favor Bags (optional)
-This free printable (below):

Print and cut out the printout above, then package all of your items however you wish. I used favor bags for some things and tied everything with pretty yarn. Put them all in a box, and you have a quick, cheap Christmas gift!

Have fun crafting!
