Louie's Modern Pizza Birthday Party
Hello, everyone! Happy Thanksgiving! I have a lot to catch up on! Today I'd like to share a pizza-themed birthday party I did for my uncle back in September. It was super last-minute, and the only theme I could come up with since he loves pizza. I used brown wrapping paper from Dollar Tree that I had and layer some black and white fabric on top. I painted a poster that read "Not to be cheesy, but..." and below, with letter balloons, I wrote "Ur Grate." However, I didn't have all of the letters I needed so I had to combine some letters to make others, which is why they look a little wonky. I made a pizza banner with construction paper. By cutting yellow triangles, brown rectangles, and drawing red circles on the yellow I created pizza confetti as the favors. For the children, I made coloring pictures, and threw together any yellow and red favors and nick-knacks I could find in the red fry-trays. My grandmother baked the cake, and my grandfather frosted it. Of course they made lots of pizzas, too.
I hope you liked it! I am excited to share a Nutcracker party soon!
