Hey everyone, it's been so long and I have so much to share with you! For Riley's eighth birthday way back in June, she requested a "Black Beauty" and rose-themed birthday party. I made the moss-covered horse hanging up with a few roses using a poster, Elmer's glue and spray glue, a mix of live and fake moss, and roses from outside. I made the party favors from recycled cardboard and Dollar Tree combs (they came in packs) or brand new combs I had on hand. I found a vintage book about horse breeds at a local antique store located at what everyone nearby calls "The Mill". I made the metallic banner, sign and number eight with paper plates and markers. The other decorative pieces were handmade, from thrift stores, borrowed or given to me.
Thanks for stopping by, I look forward to sharing more soon if I can!
