Feminine Football Birthday Party (Adult) + DIY Favors

Hello! Today I'd like to share a super last-minute birthday party I did back in January that was themed around football. I wanted a pastel color scheme (inspired by a football party I saw in Pinterest), and a fun but stylish look. I painted the black poster with white acrylic paint in quick, sketchy-like strokes. I used scrapbook paper to make little props such as a megaphone, helmet and football. I also used some trophies from Dollar Tree and painted them white, as well. My grandparents made/decorated the cake. The streamers were from Hobby Lobby (used in an earlier event I posted, Morgan's 3rd Cars Birthday Party). Below I list a quick tutorial on how to make punny "Extra" gum football favors. I hope you enjoy!

DIY Football Favors:

You Will Need:
-Extra Gum (one package per person)
-Consruction or Scrapbook Paper
-Scissors
-A Pen
-Tape

Step 1.
Cut the paper into the hand shape seen in the photos above (I don't know the proper terminology).

Step 2.
Write with pen "You are 'extra'-ordinary! Thanks for coming!" or your own extra gum pun.

Step 3.
Tape the back of the paper cutouts to the gum packages. That's all!

Thank you for visiting!
