Last year for Easter I made these for my brothers. I wanted to share these DIY gifts before Easter so that you all can make them, too! Each basket costed me $2.50, they involved no candy, and my brothers were delighted!
For this gift, you will need:
-Chalk eggs (mine were from Dollar Tree)
-A jump-rope (Mine were from Dollar Tree)
-Seed packets (Again, from Dollar Tree)
-An empty, cleaned-out egg shell
-A plant to put in the egg shell (I just used plants from our yard)
-Fruit cartons (I had recycled mine, but I think Walmart sells plastic ones)
All you need to do is put a plant in the egg shell, package the chalk prettily (optional), and stick everything in the fruit carton. Kids will love them!
