Hi! Here is our 2025 Mother's Day party. My family grew up with the Peanuts Gang shows, so thinking about things my mom likes, I decided to do a Charlie Brown/Peanuts Gang Mother's Day party this year. She loves turquoise-type colors, so I did a turquoise-sea green color with neutrals for the color palette.
Below are the event details:
-I hand painted the poster using Walmart acrylic paints. After the painting dried, I outlined with a large Sharpie.
-I made flower favors by printing out Peanuts Gang characters, cutting a slit in each and putting fresh flowers from our yard through the cardstock.
-We all like trail mix, so for snacks/favors I did peanuts (obviously for the Peanuts Gang theme).
-The stand was made from a cutting board I had on hand balanced on a Dollar Tree wire basket.
-I got a cool letter board from the thrift store. The downside? It came with no letters. So I printed and taped on a Charlie Brown quote (from a song in the musical "You're A Good Man, Charlie Brown").
