Jacob's Wizard of Oz Party (in the park)

My brother's party in the park happened a long time back, but due to parties, the holiday, homework, and guests, I just haven't made the time to post it. Because it was in the park and the sun was glaring down, my photography is pitiful...but here it is:

My sign wouldn't stay up, I'm afraid :(

I made the hats from party hats, paint and tin foil. The wands I also made and may do a tutorial on someday.You can find the instructions on how to paint the background under my DIY page. I will soon be posting a party I did yesterday!
