A Quick New Years diy

Here is a New Years craft in honor of the New Year. I got the idea from an image on The 36th Avenue,

but I didn't bother looking the tutorial. Here's mine:

You will need:
-Card stock or scrapbook paper (for the wheel)
-Card stock or scrapbook paper (for the numbers)
-Scissors
-Hot glue gun with hot glue sticks
-Tape
-String or thread
Fold a piece of paper in four, then cut on the lines.
Fold each piece like a paper fan:

Now tape them together, like this:

Now get a new piece of paper and cut a circle. It is for the back of the wheel. Also cut out all the numbers on a clock with two clock arrows.

Plug in your hot glue gun.
When it is completely heated, put glue on the circle. Put a huge glob in the center.
Quickly scrunch the wheel down. Add as much glue as you need.

Hot glue the numbers and arrows now.
                                                                      Done!
I'll be posting about my New Years Party soon!
